Ryan HanksRyan founded Madison Capital Group in 2009 to create an opportunistic real estate venture seeking opportunistic returns in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Ryan has 20 years of real estate experience, acquiring and developing apartment communities and storage facilities, and has been involved in more than $5 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Ryan was previously with Apartment Realty Advisors, the nation’s second-largest apartment brokerage firm, specializing in the disposition of multifamily communities on behalf of private and institutional investors. Before Apartment Realty Advisors, Ryan served as Vice President of Development and Acquisitions for a public company specializing in the ownership, management, and development of multifamily communities nationwide. In his role, he was responsible for sourcing investment and development opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
Ryan is a member of the Charlotte Apartment Association, Urban Land Institute, National Multi-Housing Council, and Self-Storage Association. He attended Liberty University, where he studied business administration.
David Pagliughi leads marina operations at BlueGate Boat & RV Storage, bringing over 25 years of marine industry expertise, including marina management, construction, and operations. A native of Swansboro, North Carolina, and a UNC Wilmington alumnus, David has a strong background in sales, dealer relationships, and the recreational marine sector.
Before joining BlueGate, he held leadership roles at various marine related companies where he drove sales and operations across multiple regions. David’s experience and strategic insight are key to expanding BlueGate’s marina footprint.
